Paint is shiny but has some scratches and pitting. Base looks decent. Hood stays attached and opens and closes well. Wheels look so-so and three of them roll well. The fourth rolls poorly. Axles are warped. Windshield has small scuffs, no cracks. Tan plastic interior looks good.
